You are now able to subscribe to our products on a regular basis. When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
Please read on for instructions on how to manage your subscription.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there, and also through our website.

Managing through email
You must have the original email from Globo subscriptions
Look out for the emails from Globo software solutions titled “Your subscription has been created - Trethowan Brothers”
From there open the email and you will find a link to access and manage your subscription.
To cancel, press “cancel subscription”
You will then be sent a link to cancel your subscription.
Once you receive this email, use the link in the email to cancel your subscription
Managing through our website
You must first create an account with us, to do this click on the face icon at the top right of our page, to the right of the search icon and to the left of the cart icon.
Set up an account with us using the online form. You will then be sent an email, once you receive this press the “activate your account” button to create your account with us.
Once you are in your account dashboard you will be able to navigate to manage your subscriptions by pressing the “subscriptions” button which is to the right of the “logout” button.
Once you are on the Subscriptions page you will need to click on the subscription number, this will take you to the page to manage that specific subscription, and from there you will be able to pause or cancel your subscription.
