Did anyone catch our cheese Gorwydd Caerphilly on channel 4's Sunday Brunch on the 4th December?
Cheese expert Morgan Mcglynn Carr took hosts Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer and Olly Murs, Alexandra Burke and Ariyon Bakare through her Christmas cheeseboard “festive showstoppers” and our Gorwydd was naturally one of the top choices!
Morgan paired Gorwydd with nuts to add a bit of crunch and compliment the Caerphilly texture. We were thrilled to hear Alexandre Burke say she was “in cheese heaven” after tasting our Gorwydd ❤️
Great to see some other fantastic Welsh and English cheeses as part of the selection too.
